TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
ELIGIBILITY:Full benefits under the plan will be applicable only if the monthly instalments are paid continuously without default.
DEFAULT TERMS:In case of any default in payment, the scheme maturity date CANNOT be pushed forward.
If there are payment defaults for 2 monthly instalments, then the benefits in the scheme will not be applicable. The customer is eligible to buy jewellery for the equivalent amount on prevailing market rate.
Only 1 instalment to be paid each month.
Customers are eligible to buy Gold Jewelry, Gold coins, Diamond Jewelry, Platinum Jewelry and Silver Articles under this scheme.
WASTAGE / MAKING CHARGES CEASING LIMIT:If the customer chooses jewellery that has wastage of above 10 %, the extra wastage and making charges if any will be borne by the customers.
Benefits of the plan is applicable only for the plan amount.
In case the customer wishes to purchase a product over and above the accumulated weight, V.A. (wastage) will be charged for the excess weight.
Monthly Payments and Reminders:Member has to make monthly instalment payments via the mobile app payment gateway.
Member has choices of paying via all leading UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net banking and wallets.
Members will be sent reminders by every 15 days for monthly instalment payments.
Members can also wish to switch ON/OFF offers and promotions.
CLOSURE & PRE- CLOSURE:If a customer wants to pre-close the plan before the agreed 12th-month maturity, No benefits of the plan will be given i.e. wastage/making charges will be applicable.
Cash will be not be refunded under any circumstances.
Partial withdrawal from the advance paid will not be allowed.
The applicable GST has to be fully borne by the member. In case of increase in taxes and/or introduction of new levies/taxes, the same shall be borne by the member.
Plan is completely managed by an e-commerce website, No passbook or receipts will be issued. All proof will be available in the application.
Any promotional offer/discount existing at the time of jewellery purchase, will NOT be applicable to this plan redemption.
Amount/weight accumulated in any other plan of ours cannot be transferred to this plan.

Any dispute would be subject under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chennai, TN
